Pedal Tours
To accommodate groups of all sizes, we have two booking options. “Private Tours” for large groups, and “Book a Seat” tours for small groups. We can accommodate up to 15 people on the mega-cycle/party bike. Have a small group choose the “Book a Seat” option, and join us for a Pub Crawl. Not sure what option is best for your group? Pedal to 3 breweries with a beer tour guide!
Book A Seat
The price is always $40/per person.
Guests can pay individually which makes this is a great option for individuals and small groups. Please note that "Book a Seat" tours are open to the public and require a minimum of 8 riders as small groups will have a difficult time pedaling the party bike.
Payment
All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment options include: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express Tours can be booked by phone or online All tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Private Tours $315+
Private tours are great for large groups. Bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, business groups…
Pricing
Monday-Thursday:
2 hours $315 - 2.5 hours $390 - 3 hours $455
Friday-Sunday:
2 hours $345 - 2.5 hours $425 3 hours $495
Private Tours
You have the option to choose a 2, 2.5 or 3 hour tour.
There are 3 different routes, with various stops to choose from: Bars, breweries, distilleries, or just sightseeing options. Visit ROUTES to find out more details.
Tipping
Tipping your driver is recommended and appreciated. If your driver provided a safe, fun, and timely experience, a 18% – 25% tip is a standard range. Tipping can be added when paying the final invoice. Otherwise, tips can also be added after your tour is complete.
DAMAGES & LATE FEES
DAMAGES
Damage to the party bike or cancellation of tour due to behavior – $300
Tour abandonment fee – $150
LATE FEES
If the bike is returned late there will be late fees. 15 – 30 Minutes- $50; 30 – 60 Minutes- $100. Party Pedaler reserves the right to charge your credit card for any of the above fees following your tour. If Party Pedaler departs and returns on time and undamaged, there will be no additional fees charged to your credit card.

Pub crawl......... Yes! There is no shortage of bars/pubs and breweries in downtown Grand Rapids. Take a tour with us, bring your own beer, and we’ll stop at 2-4 local bars and pubs along the tour. If you’re lucky, there may be a couple of drink specials along the way. Grand Rapids (Beer City USA) has several breweries! There are 7 breweries are on our routes! There are some distilleries too!

There are plenty of sights to see and places to stop at that don't include bars. The city has a variety of beautiful murals, museums, parks, art galleries, boutique stores, and coffee shops. You can even mix in a photo scavenger hunt. A fun experience for kids and family.

Pub crawl without the crawling! Cruise downtown Grand Rapids on your own rolling pub. Bring your own beer, your friends, some great music, and enjoy a night on the town. It will be a night you will remember for years to come. Stop at a few of the hottest bars and pubs in GR. Pedal around downtown turning heads in a 15 passenger four wheeled mega-cycle!

A great way to experience the Grand Rapids Party Pedaler without stopping at bars. There are plenty of sights to see. The history here dates back to the early 1800's and the arts & culture scene in Grand Rapids is budding. The city has a variety of beautiful murals, museums, art galleries, boutique shops, and coffee shops.
Cancellation Policy
Grand Rapids Party Pedaler will operate rain or shine.
Cancellations for public tours must be made 5 days in advance for a full refund minus $5 processing fee. Cancellations for private tours must be made 45 days in advance for a full refund. After this time 1/2 a refund will be issued. No refund if canceling less than 24 hours before your tour.

Weather Policy
Grand Rapids Party Pedaler operates rain or shine! However, if severe weather does occur, Grand Rapids Party Pedaler reserves the right to cancel and offer a rain check. Sorry, once a tour starts, there will be no rain check offered.
